نجح الفريق الطبي #مستشفى_تداوي_العام #قسم_ الجراحة_ العامة , استشاري د. علي صبحي الساعد , والاخصائي د. اشرف منصور , بالقيام بأجراء عملية جراحية طارئة لانقاذ حياة مريض في العقد السادس من عمره, يعاني من انفجار طارئ كبير في #القرحة_الأثني_عشرية الكبيرة المزمنة , حيث تم #استئصال_القرحة مع #استئصال_ النصف_الأخير_من_المعدة ( مركز كثرة افراز حموضة المعدة) , ووصل المعدة بالامعاء الدقيقة العلوية وإغلاق فتحة الاثنى عشر المنفجرة , بالاضافة لاستئصال المرارة بسبب وجود حصيات مرارية.
